At Wordshirtz, we believe that words shape lives.
Every day, parents speak thousands of words to their children—often in the middle of busy schedules, stressful moments, and overwhelming responsibilities. Even with the best intentions, it’s easy to slip into “correction mode” and forget how powerful our words can be.
Wordshirtz was created to help change that.
Our shirts serve as gentle, visual reminders for adults to pause and speak with intention. They encourage parents, grandparents, teachers, and caregivers to choose positive, life-giving words that nurture a child’s identity and build lasting confidence.
Our mission is to encourage adults to level up their communication by reminding them—amid busy, stressful days—to speak intentional, positive words that nurture a child’s identity, because what we say to children becomes what they say to themselves.
We believe strong children are raised through consistent encouragement, emotional safety, and loving guidance. When adults become more aware of their words, children grow up with healthier self-talk, stronger resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Wordshirtz is more than clothing.
It’s a tool for connection.
A reminder of purpose.
And a step toward building a lasting family legacy—one word at a time.
The words we speak shape the stories our children tell themselves.

Words Matter
Most of us remember the words spoken to us as children—the good ones, and the ones we wish we could forget. My mission is to help adults be more intentional about the positive words they speak to the children in their lives, so that when these children grow up, they carry lots of good messages with them.
I am a Christian wife and mother of eight children (5 bio, 3 step), dedicated to homemaking. I hold an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree and am a retired Research Consultant. I’ve presented multiple times at the CDC in Atlanta and am a published author in JAMA.
When I’m not doing family history or swing trading stocks, you’ll find me at CrossFit or spending time with friends. I wear pink every day because joy, light, and love deserve to be seen.
